Raised Floor Price: A Guide Before You Request a Quotation

"How much does a raised floor cost?" is the first question many customers ask. ANBS (Asia Net Building Services Co., Ltd.), which owns the RHINO trademark in Thailand and is an investment partner in the RHINO factory, quotes raised access floors per square metre based on each project's details. This page therefore has no price table. Instead it explains what the price depends on, what information to prepare, and how to request a quotation that gives you a figure you can actually use.
Why there is no fixed raised floor price
Two raised floors of the same area may use different panel grades, different finishes and different underfloor heights, so the price per m² can vary widely. A price without a specification cannot be compared with another, which is why ANBS quotations are prepared from real project information.
Factors that affect raised floor price
| Factor | How it affects price | Information to send |
|---|---|---|
| Model and load grade | Higher-load panels use more material, for example RhinoROC ROC100, ROC200 and ROC300 with uniform loads of 14, 17 and 19 kN/m² | Room type, and the weight of the heaviest cabinet or equipment |
| Panel material | RhinoROC (cement-filled steel), RhinoEU (calcium sulphate) and Lindner NORTEC have different costs | The system you want, or ask our team to recommend one |
| Finish | Bare panels with carpet laid on site, anti-static HPL, conductive ESD vinyl and porcelain tiles are priced differently | The floor finish you want |
| Underfloor height | Taller pedestals are longer, and some heights need added stringers | Required finished floor height |
| Floor area | Large jobs use transport and labour more efficiently than small ones | Area (m²) and drawings (if any) |
| Site conditions | Slab flatness, getting materials up to the floor, permitted working hours, and work in occupied buildings | Project location, floor level and programme |
| Accessories | Airflow panels, floor boxes, AirSeal® grommets, ramps, steps and perimeter trims | Approximate quantities or locations |

How to compare raised floor quotations
- Compare the model and the load ratings stated in each quotation, not just the price per m².
- Check whether each price includes the same finish, underfloor height, accessories and installation.
- Compare the manufacturer's published fire data, for example RhinoROC's 130-minute fire-resistance rating to Modified ASTM E119-20 (Intertek) and tests to ASTM E84 and ASTM E136, and RhinoEU's tests to BS 476.
- Check the payment terms; see our typical payment terms.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a raised floor cost per square metre?
There is no single price, because it depends on the panel grade, finish, underfloor height, floor area, site conditions and accessories. ANBS quotes per square metre based on each project's details.
Why doesn't the website show raised floor prices?
Because a price without a specification cannot be compared. We prepare quotations from real project information so that you get a figure you can use.
What information do I need to send for a raised floor quotation?
The area (m²), room type, the model or load grade you are interested in, underfloor height, finish, project location, programme and drawings (if any). If you are not sure about the model, start with the product selector on the home page.
Does the product selector show prices?
No. The product selector only suggests a starting model based on use and load level. The actual specification and price are confirmed in a written quotation.
