How we install a raised floor

1. Site survey: slab, ceiling height, doors, goods lift and the services that will run under the floor.
2. System selection: panel type, grade and finish matched to the room.
3. Layout and submittals: panel layout drawings and product data for the consultant's approval.
4. Installation: set-out, pedestals fixed and levelled, stringers where specified, panels laid, edges and service openings cut.
5. Handover: cleaning, inspection, spare panels and panel lifters, then after-sales support.

City-centre towers usually restrict working hours, goods-lift slots and storage space. We plan deliveries and installation in phases that fit the building's rules. In live server rooms, we install in sections agreed with the IT team so running equipment is not disturbed.
