RhinoAlutec® aluminium raised floor
RhinoAlutec is RHINO's aluminium raised floor. The panels are non-ferrous, precision-machined and lightweight, so they are easy to handle and fit tightly and precisely. They resist corrosion and are anti-magnetic. The Solid panel is designed for areas inside cleanrooms where very heavy equipment is installed, and its lattice structure spreads the weight well. ANBS supplies and installs RhinoAlutec in Bangkok and across Thailand.
Applications
Solid panels for cleanroom areas with very heavy equipment. Perforated panels where the room needs airflow through the floor.
Grating and Circular panels have no underside obstructions, so cool air flows evenly from the floor void to the racks.
Perforated panels can be topped with anti-static HPL or conductive vinyl.
RhinoAlutec panel types
Aluminium panel with a lattice structure underneath for heavy equipment areas in cleanrooms.
The same lattice design as the Solid panel, with a perforated top laminated with anti-static HPL or conductive vinyl, for data centres and cleanrooms that need controlled airflow. Nominal open area is 17% to 25%.
Aluminium grating panel for cooling (50% airflow), with no underside obstructions for an even, laminar airflow.
Aluminium panel with a circular open pattern for cooling (55% airflow), also designed with no underside obstructions.
RhinoAlutec panels are a 600 × 600 mm module, like RhinoROC. Ask us for the datasheet for the grade and version you need.
