A cement-filled steel multi-channel cable management floor. Press-formed steel panels filled with bubble cement and finished in powder-coat epoxy, on zinc-plated, self-locking, height-adjustable pedestals. Height adjustable from 35 mm to 100 mm. Grooved channels interlock and keep components in place, and the symmetrical concave design spreads loads evenly.

A corner-locked panel of cold-rolled, resistance-welded steel with a lightweight cement infill, sized for 500 × 500 mm carpet tiles in general offices. Pre-formed outlet holes save cutting panels on site. The Unifix® design maximises system stability and is widely used in Japan, where earthquakes are frequent. Quiet, with a solid feel underfoot.

Galvanised steel tiles formed in a triangle structure, for low ceiling areas in existing buildings, available from 40 mm to 60 mm height. The modular tiles snap together easily and are used for voice and data cabling. Easy to install and remove.
