UOB, Bangkok: two towers, two full buildings
ANBS has floored two complete UOB towers in Bangkok: the bank's 25,000 m² head office and the 15,300 m² UOB Sathorn building.
United Overseas Bank keeps coming back. The head office was completed and celebrated in 2022, and UOB Sathorn followed as a second full building, fitted out floor by floor.
It is a long way from 1997, when Tok and Wes opened ANBS in Bangkok. Today the panels come from the factory Tok runs with Jackie Dai. For a bank, the attraction is a floor with independent test results: RhinoROC has been load-tested by Intertek to CISCA 2007 procedures, is load-tested to EN 12825, and has been tested by Intertek for VOC emissions with reference to ASTM D5116, which matters to the people who spend their working day on top of it.
