What affects raised floor price per square metre

Many clients ask for a price per square metre on the first call. An accurate answer depends on the actual job, because several factors move the cost. This guide lists the main ones so you can prepare a complete quote request.
Panel grade and material
Higher-load panels use more material, so ROC300 differs from ROC100. RhinoEU calcium sulphate and the German Lindner system also cost differently from RhinoROC.
Finish
Bare panels with carpet laid on site, factory anti-static HPL, conductive ESD vinyl and porcelain tile all carry different costs.
Void height
Taller pedestals are longer, and some heights need extra bracing for stability.
Area and site conditions
Large areas spread logistics and labour more efficiently than small ones. Slab flatness, getting materials up the building, working hours on site and work in occupied buildings all play a part.
Accessories and details
The number of perforated panels, floor boxes and AirSeal® grommets, plus ramps, steps and perimeter trims, are priced as the drawings require.
For an accurate quote, send the area, required void height, room type and drawings (if you have them) to the Rhino team in Thailand.
