RhinoROC® cement-filled steel raised floor
RhinoROC is Rhino's main raised floor panel: cold-rolled steel, resistance-welded and filled with cement, on a 64-dome bottom shell with cross-beams and 140 welds. The Rhino team in Thailand (ANBS) supplies and installs three grades: ROC100, ROC200 and ROC300.
Choose the grade by load
3.56 kN concentrated load. For general offices, meeting rooms and open-plan floors.
4.45 kN concentrated load. For server rooms, control rooms and UPS rooms, usually with anti-static HPL.
5.56 kN concentrated load. For heavy equipment cabinets or areas with regular trolley traffic.
Applications
ROC100 with carpet tiles or vinyl laid on top. Power and data run under the floor, so outlets can move when the desk layout changes.
ROC200 or ROC300 with anti-static HPL, plus perforated airflow panels in front of the racks.
Control rooms in factories, power plants and transport systems use ROC200 to carry consoles and control cabinets.

The system sits on RSP101 / RSP201 pedestals with RSL600 rectangular tube stringers. Every grade is 600 x 600 mm and interchangeable, so ROC100 in the office area and ROC200 in the server room can share one floor. Static load is tested to CISCA 2007, EN 12825 and PSA MOB PF2 PS/SPU, with 72 hours of ISO 9227 salt spray and ASTM D5116 for low VOC.
