ANBS and Rhino Access Floors: Case Studies
About ANBS and Rhino
Asia Net Building Services (ANBS) was founded in Bangkok in 1997 by Chanisorn "Tok" Ounayakovi and his business partner, the late Wes Carroll. The RHINO® trademark followed in 2001. From 2006 Rhino expanded into China, adding a RhinoEU® calcium sulphate line in 2007 and launching the RhinoROC® steel panel from a new plant in 2010. Tok runs the China factory with his partner Jackie Dai, and ANBS remains his company in Thailand.
RhinoROC is a resistance-welded 600 × 600 mm steel panel with a cementitious core, built on a 64-dome bottom shell with cross-beams and 140 resistance welds. In Thailand ANBS supplies ROC100 (3.56 kN concentrated load), ROC200 (4.45 kN) and ROC300 (5.56 kN). Each comes bare or with a factory finish such as Meiah® anti-static HPL (EN 438 Class W2), DecorLux® vinyl or Bluetec® ESD conductive vinyl.
Static load is tested to CISCA 2007, EN 12825 and PSA MOB PF2 PS/SPU. The panels pass 72 hours of ISO 9227 neutral salt spray and meet ASTM D5116 for low VOC emissions. Full-system reports come from Sirim QAS and TÜV SÜD PSB for RhinoEU (2008) and from Intertek in the US for RhinoROC (2016).
